Something just brought on my desperate want for a good serve of braised duck with rice with a good side serve of stewed salted vegetable and peanuts and a boiled egg. I'm almost drooling just thinking about it. The only expressions I can think of to describe what really good braised duck with sides are like are "Awww YUM!" and "shiok!", the latter is a word that I haven't used in ages, probably since the last time I had braised duck rice. A bloody long time ago.
